Thank you for choosing us. Cashmere is truly precious and made to last. For the best care, please follow our cleaning instructions below. We hope you enjoy our products.

Tip #1 - For Removing Stains, Wrinkles, and Pills Stains

We recommends working a stain remover into the area before the next wash. Gently massaging it.
Wrinkles: Steam it, don’t use the iron. You also can use the steamer between washes for fluffing the yarns up and is a natural refresher.
Pills : A sweater stone for a heavier gauge yarn and a sweater comb for a thinner weave.
Tip #2 - How to Hand Wash a Cashmere Sweater ?
It's always safer to hand wash your sweaters using the following steps.
Step 1: Use cold water and Delicates Hypoallergenic Liquid
And add a squirt of a cleanser that's specially formulated for wool. The alternative is a good hair shampoo.Don’t mix colors.
Step 2: Swirl and soak
Gently swirl your garment around for about 30 seconds and Let the sweater soak for no longer than 30 minutes. Rinse with cool, clean water.

Tip #3 - How to Machine Wash a Cashmere Sweater ?
Though Whiting prefers hand washing, the washing machine isn't off-limits.
Step 1: Use a fine mesh washing bag
Place your sweater in a fine mesh laundry bag.
Step 2: Choose the delicate cycle
Select the delicate cycle on the machine and make sure the water temperature is cold and the spin is on low.
Step 3: Remove immediately
Once the cycle is complete, promptly remove the sweater to reduce creasing.

Tip #4 - How to Dry a Sweater ?
Should never let your sweater go into the dryer or be wrung out by hand.
Step 1: Squeeze Excess Water Out
Fold the sweater and press out as much moisture as possible, then lay it flat on a dry bath towel.
Step 2: Towel Dry
Fold the towel in half over your sweater; then roll the towel with the sweater inside until most of the moisture is gone.
Or place the sweater in a laundry bag and dehydrated in the washing machine o replace the first two steps.
Step 3: Lay flat to dry
Use a drying net or drying rack, or place on a fresh, dry and flat towel to finish the drying process.

If you have used the correct washing machine cleaning method, you can directly perform the 3rd step.
Tip #5 - How to Store Sweaters ?
Before you store your knits away for the season, make sure to give them a wash.
Fold Your Sweaters
Although sweaters can be space hogs, it's important to fold (not hang!) them. If you hang a sweater, you'll end up with distortion.
Store in Cotton Bags
For long-term storage, avoid plastic bins, where moisture and bugs happily thrive. We recommend cotton storage bags, which bugs can't eat through. Cotton is also breathable, so you're not going to have that retained moisture

Cashmere only needs to be cleaned once per season. If you'd like to clean it more often, no more than twice per season for best care.
